IT Returns e-Filing
To facilitate electronic filing, Central Board of Direct Taxes (CBDT) has issued a notification, making it mandatory for Firm or individual/HUF covered under section 44AB to file their Income Tax (IT) returns (ITR-5 or ITR-4) electronically using legally valid digital signature certificates.
